Pizza on the apron, ice cream in town, and the full 'airport brat' uniform.
A half-hour hop up to Genderkingen for pizza on the airfield terrace, after which the scooter and the bicycle came out of the back and we followed the Lech into Rain for a proper afternoon of it: a lakeside, a wooden crocodile of dubious temperament, and the obligatory ice cream. Emiliana wore the airport-brat shirt with total conviction, and we were back on the ground at Weißenhorn by half past one.
