A hot one — so we flew to Kneipp's own town and treaded it out in cold water.
The forecast promised heat, so we made for Bad Wörishofen — the town the original Sebastian built his cold-water cure on. Emiliana flew the leg down; Isabella and Torvina came by road to meet us, and the whole business ended, very sensibly, with trousers rolled up and everyone treading through the cold Kneipp basin until the heat had been dealt with.
